  • Handling over all administrative function of the division
  • Establishment of strong dealers network throughout Nepal
  • Creating strong dealers documents and legally binding credit agreements 
  • Conducting a regular Market Survey of Consumer Electronics in Nepal
  • Establishment of a strong innovative sales team
  • Management of Sales team in achieving set sales target
  • Coming up with new innovative marketing strategies to be the market leaders in consumer electronics
  • Submitting weekly reports regarding market/credit/sales to management
  • Balancing stock with turnover.(at least two times turnover per year)
  • Establishing good customer relationship through sales and excellent after sales Service.
