- Administration: Maintain a well-functioning office, including purchasing supplies, maintainingorganization (filing), maintaining equipment, and overseeing contracts with providers related tothe office infrastructure and coordinate logistics as needed. Revise and Update Companymanual as needed and Assist staff others as needed
- Financial Management : to include managing petty cash, maintaining a Tally accounting system tracking all income and expenditures,preparing financial statements and assisting with thedevelopment of budgets, paying bills on time and making deposits, working alongside accountant as needed, and overseeing contracts with payroll and CIT.
- Human Resource: to analyze the needs of resources in coordination with Project managers and announce the vacancy, recruit, train and hire. Collect and track all data of employees from attendance, leave, to ensure effective employee performance evaluation, team building and motivations, Guide training, future hiring etc.
- Client Communications and Support Management: to handle info, support and HR emails of the company, customer service and facilities management – phone, email, face to face, assist withmaintaining regular communication with clients, partners, and suppliers. Coordinate withdevelopers, project managers and communicate the project cost, budget to clients.
- Neolinx Corporate Social Responsibility: to serve as Project Manager to ensure regular updateof Neolinx website, FB, Twitter and CSR at least 2 blogs entries per month, assist CEO with other tasks as needed.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in organizational administration and/or development
- Ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally, relaying complicated information in a user-friendly manner
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work independently and manage ownprojects
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others
- Excellent computer skills for email, project management tool, word processing, includingspreadsheets, and data management
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate some weekend and evening hours
- Knowledge of and familiarity with the Software Development Process and Quality
- Fluency in Nepali, English
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
